With an extensive background in residential building and plumbing, David Cunningham serves as the Director of Construction and oversees all job site operations. David has maintained a strong commitment to quality and skillful execution of his craft throughout his 30-year career in residential building. Before joining the Westwind team in 2011, David spent 25 years working in various roles to build homes; he therefore brings an invaluable level of expertise to each and every project. Additionally, David founded Redwood Plumbing in 1993 which continues to operate and thrive. David lives in Durham, CA with his four beautiful children and wife.
In her role as Director of Operations, Tracy Dupuis combines her mastery of design with her knowledge of construction. Tracy’s design expertise began with her education at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, and continued to evolve throughout her successful 10-year career as Senior Home Design Buyer at Bergdorf Goodman in New York. Tracy developed an interest in construction while working summers on job sites with her brother, an East Coast developer. Tracy and her family relocated to the Bay Area in 1999 and she has worked in the local construction industry since 2009.
